The GoodSports experience is heavily dependent on customer loyalty, powered by a robust mobile app. The mobile app was designed for community member interaction, location based check-ins, physical trainer requests, room service...etc. The iPad app enhances internal management capabilities for trainers, concierge, front desk, and employees. The website was designed for easy booking, ecommerce, and membership access for guests and athletes to always stay competitive.
