Citizens State Bank

Established in 1958, Citizens State Bank has always been committed to delivering the very best in service and financial products to their customers within the communities they serve.

CSB was in need of a site overhaul. Their old site was dated, low conversions, and provided a disappointing experience. The main goal of the redesign was to provide a great user experience for their primary users, mainly seniors. The second goal was to reposition their brand image in order to resonate with a younger audience. Lastly, the information architecture and design hierarchy needed to be reorganized to match key business objectives.
